We are a young start-up producing local, plant-based and super tasty food (feel free to check us out at www.fabas.ch). We grow protein crops in Switzerland to meet the growing need for plant-based proteins in a sustainable way. We started with our B2C products like hummus, now we are moving into the protein extraction space. Not only will we make this more sustainable and finally local, but we will also close the value chain from the field to the industry.
