SUSTAINABLE AND
EASY TO USE
With our extra gentle extraction & fermentation technology we extract protein from pulses from regenerative agriculture and combine it with selected plant-based ingredients to offer food producers ideally balanced solutions for applications in plant based dairy products.
Working with Fabas Pre-Mixes frees food producers from the hustle of screening the whole market for suitable ingredients and years of costly product development.

We spent the last years rigorously studying and testing various varieties to ensure we achieve the perfect balance of nutrition, texture, and flavor. We only source our pulses from farmers practicing regenerative agriculture.

Our proprietary extraction & fermentation process allows us to functionalize the pulses for further processing.
