How we envision the future

How it’s going 
 

Everyone loves hummus, but it is hard to change something in the world with hummus. That's why we started to experiment with extracting protein from pulses in a new, more gentle way.

2021

How it all started

All began with Anik during her agricultural studies not understanding, why everyone talked about the power of pulses but no one harvesting it.
